Pilates Center Of Austin Community & Global Partners

Community & Global Partners

We, at The Pilates Center of Austin, strive to support those endeavors which share our vision of a world community, where everyone has access to resources from which to create vibrant, vital and healthy lives.

We, at the Pilates Center of Austin, strive to support those endeavors which share our vision of a world community, where everyone has access to resources from which to create vibrant, vital and healthy lives.
We believe that we are all one human family, profoundly connected at our core. Likewise, we believe that if we are to envision and work towards the creation of a world that works for everybody, with no one left out, our hearts, efforts and financial resources must first, and principally, be directed in our own communities. And, from there, the good work each of us engages in reaches out, ripples and expands throughout our country and into the world.

To this end, we have identified six areas of initiative that we feel can most positively impact the community, nation and world we live in. Each year we commit a substantial portion of our annual profits to projects and organizations whose efforts impact one or more of these areas, according to the following distribution (approximate): 60% local (Austin/Texas); 20% national and 20% global.

Likewise, we are committed to not only investing our dollars, but also to putting our hands and feet in motion in supporting community-wide efforts to forward this shared vision. In this way, our staff commits to at least 100 hours of community service annually.

In this spirit, we contribute to the following organizations:
