We offer small group classes in both apparatus & mat classes for beginners through advanced.
Choose from our “Inner Core” of classes to build your Foundation. Add any of our Specialty Classes (“Outer Ring”) to augment, strengthen and spice up your fitness regimen.
As you progress, our intention is to teach you far more than just a series of exercises. Our goal is to empower you to tone and move your body with grace, ease, strength, and awareness.
Our Reformer, Matwork and Tower (Caddy) Flow Classes form the foundation of our Pilates repertoire.

Experience the Reformer…and your workout will never be the same! A movement experience that is energizing and relaxing, strengthening and elongating. The springs are magical... you’ll feel grounded, connected and challenged, as you find new mobility in your joints, increase bone density and strengthen your muscles. You’ll leave feeling like a new person, as you say goodbye to tension and stress.

No stepchild, indeed…the mat work is one of the most challenging sequences within the Pilates repertoire. This class combines mindful movement with flexibility and core exercises. It will leave you feeling longer, leaner, and stronger. The combination of breath and flow work will bring connection to your daily life and leave you ready to handle your day!

Equipment: Caddy Tower
Everybody’s favorite! Here’s where we blend the Reformer and Matwork with the amazing Cadillac Tower. Through a system of springs and bars, the equipment supports the body to ensure proper stabilization and positioning while providing added resistance for strengthening, toning, and lengthening muscles. Ideal for students of all levels.

We slow this class down, enabling you to experience the deep roots of connection within your body and mind. You will move through a full body workout with fluidity, precision, and heightened awareness. You will leave feeling grounded, balanced, strong, ... and restored. A meditation in movement.

GET PLUGGED IN, WITH OUR PILATES CIRCUIT CLASSES! You’ll get the current flowing, as you move through the full repertoire of Pilates apparatus from Reformer to Tower, Jump Board, Chair and Barrels. These classes are a blast, plus they’ll challenge you, boosting your strength, endurance and overall cardiovascular health.

Equipment: Mat and a large exercise ball
Most everybody’s heard of a fitness ball. Maybe you have one that’s taken up residence, over there, in the corner. Well, GET READY! we’re going to make it earn its keep! Meet your new best friend. Together you’ll tone and strengthen your core, increase upper body strength, and improve your flexibility and balance. Add challenge, variety and more fun to your Foundation Classes. Go ahead, and have a ball!

GET THE JUMP ON PILATES! Your heart will thank you. And your joints will too. Big time! This is a highly charged class, combining cardio with Pilates exercises. The entire workout is done on a Reformer with the Jump Board front and center. Note: those with injuries, or are new to Pilates, should experience a Basic Reformer class, prior to participating in this class.

IT IS CRUCIAL, ESPECIALLY AS WE AGE, THAT WE MAINTAIN AND BUILD OUR CORE STRENGTH. Because if that goes, everything goes. Unfortunately, our digitally enhanced, increasingly sedentary lifestyle has cost us dearly in this area. Welcome to the perfect antidote. This class will wake up your muscles with a hearty and robust HELLO ! You’ll recruit muscles you didn't even know you had. Each class offers a creative series of full body workouts that will call on you to access your inner strength that has been snoozing a bit.

YOU VE GOT TO ADMIT…YOU WANT TO DO THIS! But, a word of caution: Everybody that tries it, gets hooked. Because it’s just that much fun…AND, you will enhance your flexibility and release tension, in ways you did not know were possible. Each position deeply opens your joints and spine leaving you longer, toned and feeling alive! Come hang with us on the Yoga Wall!
